CHARLES F. JOHNSON II , ESQ

As Vice chair of the board of directors and acting
CEO, Mr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing day to day operations,
maintaining the company’s strategic vision and operating plan, and with
support from Human Resources -managing the ethical and positive culture of
the Company. In addition, Mr. Johnson overseas planning, preparing, the
executing the Company’s relaunching campaign and BCLOC product.

Prior to joining PCSO, Mr. Johnson served as Director of Labor Relations
in the Office of Legal Affairs for New York City Health and Hospital (NYC
H+H)- a public benefit corporation with 6.7 billion in annual revenues.
Prior to NYC H+H, Mr. Johnson served as special counsel to BrownGreer –
Law firm devoted to complex multiple claims resolutions and administration
managing the $20 billon dollar trust fund for the BP oil spill, the $4.85
billion dollar nationwide settlement program for claims relating to Vioxx,
the $750 million dollar settlement program for Bayer CropScince, Inc., and
other large settlement programs.

Mr. Johnson graduated Magma Cum Laude from Fort Valley State University
with B.S. degree in Political Science, and a Juris Doctorate from Western
Michigan University. During law school, Mr. Johnson interned in Michigan’s
Attorney General’s Office. Mr Johnson also served as a law clerk at the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission appellate division and is licensed
in Maryland. Within his community, Mr. Johnson is an active member in the
NAACP where he serves in local branch and state committees. Mr. Johnson
was also appointed to NYC Community Board 10, by the Manhattan Borough
President, where he sits on the economic development committee and serves
as chair for its public saftey committee.
